After winning major prizes in both Canada and Russia – including a personal award from Russian president Vladimir Putin – Russian-born pianist Sergei Saratovsky is one of Canada’s rising stars.
He joins the orchestra to perform Mozart’s warm and graceful Piano Concerto no. 23, a work that hasn’t been performed by Symphony Nova Scotia in more than 20 years.
