Symphony Nova Scotia presents its third annual Symphony Week -- a week-long celebration packed with free concerts and musical events in public spaces throughout Halifax.

For the first time, this year's Symphony Week is also part of Culture Days, an interactive, free-of-charge festival celebrating arts and culture from coast to coast to coast.

Our Symphony Week lineup will feature Symphony musicians performing in many locations over the six days, both as the full orchestra and as smaller ensembles of mixed instruments. Please note that our full orchestra performances at City Hall and the Maritime Museum both feature a similar program, so while we'd love for you to come to both, you won't be missing out if you just attend one!

Celebrating the 15th Annual Port of Wines Festival

Indulge your senses with Symphony Nova Scotia and the Port of Wines Festival Winemakers’ Dinner. The dinner is the marquee event of the Festival, and is the ultimate food and wine experience.

The evening will be a celebration of unique wines, paired with a lovely four-course meal inspired by this year's feature country, the United States. The highlight of the evening will be a performance by the full Symphony Nova Scotia orchestra.

This unforgettable event is one of the premiere fundraising events for Symphony Nova Scotia and your continued support will ensure encore after encore.
